ZF-6641 Shared References are duplicated when encountered in the serialization process. This update resolves duplicated references and makes Zend Amf fully implement the AMF protocol. Special thanks to Stefan Klug

ZF-6130 Did not commit AS3 test on last commit. The feature test allows for php to just retun it's class name if nothing is specified. Using _explicitType, setClassMap, getASClassName() should only be used now if you want to override the PHP class name for specifying the return type.
